What started off as a day of fun for my friend quickly devolved into her having to find a personal injury attorney in Florida. It seems like she was finally starting to get out more. She just bought that beautiful home near the dock and she and her husband decided to take their little boat out on the water. She said the sun was out and it was just a beautiful day. While they were out on the water they both said they felt something wasn't quite right. There was this other boat trailing pretty closely behind them. They said they both thought at first that maybe the people in the other boat needed some directions or help with something. So they slowed everything down. Big mistake! It turned out to be a boatfull of partiers and they wound up smashing right into the back of my friend's boat. Her husband was okay, but my friend has been hurt really badly. It's going to take her a long while to recover. Now they have hospital visits to tend to and legal matters on their hands. Fortunately with a good attorney they'll have some help setting things right.
